2. The spindle system adopts high-speed electric spindle, and adopts the world-renowned brand NSKP grade spindle special bearing, so that the whole electric spindle has a long service life and high precision.
3. The ball screws of X.Y.Z three-axis transmission are all pre-tightened with C-level double nuts, and the double nuts automatically eliminate backlash. All three-axis rails use Taiwan brand P-grade ball guides to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool.
4. The lubrication system adopts timing and quantitative automatic centralized lubrication to ensure that any lubrication part is fully lubricated.
5. The machine is equipped with an external electric spindle air-conditioning oil cooler to ensure the service life of the spindle.
