Product features:
The castings are made of high-quality and high-strength cast iron, with a gantry frame structure, and the whole machine has good stability and various precisions are stable and reliable.
The spindle system is imported from Taiwan's professional supporting manufacturers. The whole spindle has a long service life and high precision.
Three-axis adopts roller linear guide, high-speed vibration is small, low-speed no crawling, high positioning accuracy. Imported double nuts are used to pre-tighten the ball screw, the double nuts automatically eliminate backlash, and the transmission accuracy is stable.
The lubrication system adopts timing and quantitative automatic centralized lubrication to ensure that any lubrication part is fully lubricated.
It is equipped with an external spindle air-conditioning oil cooler to ensure that the spindle maintains normal temperature operation and prolongs the service life of the spindle.
