1. Overall layout of the machine tool
Different from the existing engraving and milling machines on the market, KR-2008 adopts a vertical machining center bed structure, integral casting, stronger overall rigidity and better stability.
The herringbone column and saddle bed adopt a high-strength three-dimensional frame structure, and the bottom connecting contact surface is precision hand-shoveled, which has higher rigidity and precision stability.
The worktable adopts the longitudinal multi-dimensional angle heavy bearing design to improve the bearing capacity and processing stability.
2. Transmission system
The three-axis adopts roller linear guide, which has low dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, low high-speed vibration, low-speed no creep, and high positioning accuracy.
All adopt imported double nuts to pre-tighten the ball screw, double nuts automatically eliminate backlash, and the transmission accuracy is stable.
3. Spindle group
The main shaft system adopts high-speed electric main shaft, and the bearing adopts NSK P-class special main shaft bearing. The whole set of main shaft has long service life and high precision.
4. Cooling system
It is equipped with an external electric spindle air-conditioning oil cooler to ensure the service life of the spindle.
5. Nitrogen balance device
The Z-axis uses a nitrogen balance system, which is stable and smooth up and down without vibration, ensuring tool life and workpiece safety.
